At Zodiac Mates, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth experience with both our digital astrology reports and physical merchandise. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

​1. Digital Astrology Report (PDF Downloads)

• All astrology reports are personalized and custom-prepared based on your birth details.

• Once a report has been prepared and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

• If you entered incorrect birth details, Zodiac Mates is not responsible for errors in your report. Please double-check details before submitting.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You are charged but do not receive your report within the promised delivery timeframe (48–72 hours).

  • A technical error prevents us from delivering your report.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)​

• You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery, along with photo proof.

• Refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor color/print variations due to screen or printing differences.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Cancellations​

• Orders for digital reports cannot be cancelled once placed, as work begins immediately.

• Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
